Import your LinkedIn profile
Download a PDF of your LinkedIn profile and review what MyResumeRobot reads from it before adding those details to your career profile.
This recording shows the live product with a real account and the site owner's own, authorized career information. It is not the fictional Alex Demo example used in tutorials 1 to 4, and nothing is sent to any employer.

Episode 6: Import your LinkedIn profile
On your LinkedIn profile, open More, then choose Save to PDF.
LinkedIn downloads your profile PDF immediately. No full archive request needed.
Return to the app and choose Import Data.
Select Import from LinkedIn.
Choose the PDF you just downloaded, then ask the app to parse it.
Review the work history, skills, education, and certifications it found. Check each detail before you import.
When the details look right, select Import All. The app confirms what's been added.
Now your career profile is taking shape.
Your work experience is organized into entries you can edit.
Check the skills list too. A LinkedIn PDF may not include everything you know, so add anything missing.
Certificates appear when the PDF contains them.
Your profile is ready to use or refine. You can add more details at any time.
